First major outdoor activity since fracturing my ankle back in February.

A 25 mile circular route up n down the hills and over the moorland surrounding Cwmglas (Mid Wales) with around 3200 ft of ascent.

An excellent mixed route of stoney & grass tracks, deep ruts, water and small unoccupied lanes.

Usual route finding mistakes that add to the time taken,distance and ascent.

Ankle held up fine but everthing else aching.......

Cracking day.
